I’m RJ Washburn Thompson—ordained minister, communicator, mentor, and business leader with a deep passion for helping believers live well, lead well, and walk in divine alignment with their purpose.
With a degree in Communications and a minor in Human Resources, I’ve spent over 25 years in business management and corporate training—developing people, strengthening teams, and building systems that drive real, lasting growth. But I always knew that leadership wasn’t just about results—it was about restoration. And for that, I needed to serve on a deeper level.
That’s why I answered the call to ministry and stepped fully into spiritual leadership. Today, as an ordained minister, public speaker, and Christian wellness mentor, I guide others in transforming their lives through the powerful intersection of faith, neuroscience, and practical strategy.
